This programme will build on what you will learn in the Diploma in Information and Library Studies Level 5. It is a great way to enhance your skills and get professional recognition. This programme also recognises the importance of communication with a wide range of people from different cultures, as well as focusing on specific professional skills and knowledge necessary for a successful information and library studies career.

Current students

If you enrolled in OP620802 Diploma in Information and Library Studies (Level 6) prior to 23 October 2017, you can continue to enrol in your next course as normal to complete your qualification.

To be awarded this qualification you will need to have completed all courses that make up the programme by the end of Trimester 2, 2020. 

Please note, from Trimester 3 2018, there are some changes to courses that make up the programme. 

These changes will see students benefit from the latest courses developed for our new library programmes.

Please be assured that any courses you have already completed will still be counted towards your qualification.
