Students who successfully complete this online course will be able to

  • Calculate ratios and analyse financial performance for a business entity.
  • Interpret financial information to inform decision making for a business entity.
  • Apply tax rules for individuals and small businesses.
  • Explain and apply the fundamental principles of the accounting profession’s Code of Ethics to given situations.
  • Research and communicate technical financial information for a business entity’s performance

Assessment

  • 50% internally assessed
  • 50% exam
