Unlock your real estate career with the National Certificate in Real Estate (Salesperson) Level 4. This qualification will enable you to apply for your real estate salesperson’s licence with the Real Estate Agents Authority (REAA) and work under the supervision of an agent or branch manager.
This qualification is the new, online version of the National Certificate in Real Estate (Salesperson).

We strongly suggest that you submit one assessment at least every three weeks as per the recommended study plan. This will allow you to finish the first course within 16 weeks.

Holders of this qualification may apply to the Real Estate Agents Authority for a real estate salesperson’s licence under the provisions of the Real Estate Agents (Licensing) Regulations 2009.
They must do so if they wish to operate as a salesperson in the real estate industry.
People with this qualification can apply for admission into NC1288 National Certificate in Real Estate (Branch Manager) (Level 5); or ND1731 National Diploma in Real Estate (Agent) (Level 5).
Our open courses are open for enrolment every month. Each open course starts on the first Monday of the month you choose for enrolment. You must complete your study within the given start and end dates.
