The best way to advance your real estate career is with a National Certificate in Real Estate (Branch Manager). This qualification will allow you to carry out agency work on behalf of an agent and supervise real estate salespersons. The programme covers management, financial transactions, legal aspects, the requirements for properly supervising and managing a real estate business, and more.
For each credit, allow about 10 hours of study. This may be higher near assessment due dates.

This qualification will prepare you for a career as a branch manager in a real estate agency. It will also enable you to apply for your branch manager’s licence if you have worked for 3 of the previous ten years in a real estate agency with a salesperson’s licence.
Please note that this qualification will only enable you to apply for a real estate branch manager’s licence in New Zealand as the course content has been designed specifically for the New Zealand real estate industry.
