If you’re working in a first line management role or would like to, the National Certificate in Business (First Line Management) is the right qualification for you. First Line Managers work as team leaders or supervisors and are responsible for managing people, resources and workplace operations. If you’re already working in management, this qualification will give you formal recognition for your skills.
From 31 March 2017 we will no longer be accepting new students into the National Certificate in Business (First Line Management). Please note, you must enrol in your last course/s by 31 March 2018 to complete the National Certificate in Business (First Line Management) with Open Polytechnic.

Our open courses are open for enrolment every month. Each open course starts on the first Monday of the month you choose for enrolment. You must complete your study within the given start and end dates.
This qualification is internally assessed with a mix of real time (online) and written assessments. There are no examinations.
