Learners who successfully complete this course will be able to:

  • Prepare budgets for internal stakeholders
  • Monitor the performance of a business against budgets
  • Communicate budget and performance monitoring information to internal stakeholders
  • Evaluate financial and business risk of an entity
  • Determine relevant actions including internal controls to minimise or mitigate the financial and business risks of an entity

Assessment

Assessment for this course is:

  • 50% internally assessed
  • 50% examination.
