Learners who successfully complete this course will be able to:

  • Use accounting software to process transactions including for a GST registered business
  • Process end of period/balance day adjustments
  • Use accounting software to prepare financial statements
  • Use current processes and practices to prepare tax returns
  • Apply the accounting profession’s Code of Ethics to given situations

  • 50% internally assessed
  • 50% examination.
