Learners who successfully complete this course will be able to:

  • Process manually a wide range of transactions to the trial balance stage, including for a GST registered business
  • Prepare financial statements excluding balance day adjustments
  • Apply tax rules for individuals to ensure compliance
  • Apply tax rules for small businesses to ensure compliance

Assessment

Assessment for this course is:

  • 50% internally assessed
  • 50% examination.
