This course will enable you to understand the principles of classification and subject access in libraries and to apply that understanding to the successful analysis and solution of client information needs. You will develop appropriate skills to enable them to identify, assess and use appropriate sources of information. This course is designed to be most applicable to those who are already working in the information industry.
