Reputation Management is based on a course from the University of South Queensland. It will equip you with the skills to effectively manage the reputation of an organisation, which is one of the most important challenges that contemporary organisations face today. The professional communicator needs the knowledge and skills to understand, embrace and effectively communicate the strategic thinking of the organisation’s management. This has to be integrated with the directions and aspirations of the internal and external stakeholders. The course focuses primarily on reputation management and, within the foundations of contemporary professional communication practice, you will be introduced to a crosssection of specialist areas.
