To log in, use your username which is your student ID number, followed by the lowercase letter s. For example, 1012345s
If you have never logged into My Open Polytechnic your password is your date of birth in the following format: ddmmyyyy (for example, if your date of birth is 12 May 1975, your password will be 12051975).
The first time you log in you will be prompted to change your password to a password of your choosing that needs to consist of a minimum of 7 characters, 1 capital and 1 number. Your password cannot contain your first or last name.
If your login is not recognised please select Forgotten your password? on the login page. This will reset your password for you.
Please note: If you have not enrolled with us since July 2008 you will be unable to log in. You will need to complete the full online enrolment process to reactivate your student ID. Mentioning your student ID in the additional notes field of the online enrolment form would be helpful.
If you have any issues resetting your password, contact Helpdesk on 0508 650 200 or email email@example.com and have your password reset.
Alternatively, you can reset your password yourself by clicking on the Forgotten your password? link on the login page.
Log in using your full Open Polytechnic email integrator (tutor) ID as your username, and the password assigned to you by the Helpdesk. You will be asked to change your password the first time you log in. Your password must contain 7 characters, with at least one capital letter and one number.
Username: your student number followed by the lower case letter s . For example, S101234s
Password: upper case S and your date of birth in the following format: Sddmmyyyy (for example, if your date of birth is 31 May 1991, your password will be S31051991)
Username: Your Te Rito Maioha email address (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Password: The password assigned to you by the Library
