A graduate in Information & Library Studies will be equipped to work at management level in a wide variety of library and information positions. These include public and tertiary libraries and schools, and business positions in both public and private sectors and other environments where the provision of information and research skills has a central role.

This qualification is recognised by LIANZA (Library and Information Association of New Zealand Aotearoa) for the purposes of professional registration.

It is also accredited by Records and Information Management Professionals Australasia (RIMPA). Please consult the Programme Leader to discuss what courses should be included.
