If you started studying this qualification before 4 June 2014, you will need to enrol in unit standards US23134, US23138, US23141 and US23135 by 31 January 2015. Once you have completed the four unit standards you can enrol in your next courses from the revised version of the qualification. Unit standards US23134, US23138, US23141 and US23135 have been merged into one composite course called RES401 Law for Real Estate Salespersons.

The National Certificate in Real Estate (Salesperson) is the entry level qualification to the real estate industry and meets the educational requirements needed to be licensed as a real estate salesperson.
