Online Campus

Online Campus is the area of our website where you can access a range of services:

  • Access and submit assignments
  • Link to web pages specific to your course, including frequently asked questions (FAQs), assessment hints, web resources, staff information and sometimes online quizzes and tutorials
  • Communicate with other students in your course, and with your lecturer or tutor
  • Access the library.

Using Online Campus

To access Online Campus:

Your username is your student ID number. Remember to include a lower case ‘s’ after your number, for example, 1234567s.

Your password is your date of birth in this format: ddmmyyyy. For example, if your date of birth is 12 May 1975, your password will be 12051975.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password for Online Campus?

Contact the Open Polytechnic Helpdesk on 0508 650 200 or by email and have your password reset.

Alternatively, you can reset your password yourself by clicking on the ‘Lost password?’ button on the login page.

Why doesn’t Online Campus accept my email address when I go to change my own password?

Online Campus only has a record of your preferred email address as listed on your student file. If you are unsure which email address you listed as your preferred address or would like to update your details, please contact Customer Services or change your details using our change of details form.

Why is the Online Campus logging me in as a ‘Guest’?

If you try to access an area that allows guest access before logging in, you will automatically be logged in as the ‘guest user’. Otherwise, you may have clicked the ‘Log me in as a guest’ rather than the Login button when you entered your username and password.
