Lecturers and tutors
Your lecturers and tutors are there to help you through the coursework, make sure you have understood the study material and monitor your progress. You can contact them by email, fax or phone – their contact details are included in the information we send you when you enrol.
Library
The library provides online resources, guides on how to look for information, a distance lending service with free and fast delivery and information about study techniques. You can use our library service through Online Campus or by phone and fax.

Learning Centre Te Wāhanga Whakapakari Ako provides Open Polytechnic students with a wide range of learning support services and resources. These include:
- Study resources for students - bringing together tips and techniques to help you succeed in online, distance learning
- one-to-one consultations with a learning adviser (telephone or email)
- StudyWise and ExamWise - free, online study and exam preparation workshops
- disability services, and
- a student mentoring programme.
