Your lecturers and tutors are there to help you through the coursework, make sure you have understood the study material and monitor your progress. You can contact them by email, fax or phone – their contact details are included in the information we send you when you enrol.
Online Campus has a study support area called Learning Central, which brings together advice and practical tips on getting started and succeeding in your studies. It includes resources about understanding your learning style, researching and writing assignments and preparing for exams.
The library provides online resources, guides on how to look for information, a distance lending service with free and fast delivery and information about study techniques. You can use our library service through Online Campus or by phone and fax.
Advisers in our Learning Centre provide advice and resources about managing your study. They also provide specialist advice in the areas of literacy, learning difficulties, disability and ESOL.
