Information for Examination Candidates
What you need to know before, during and after your examination.

Approved Examination Material
Lists the material that may be taken into examinations.
Note: For individual examinations, subject material allowed will be listed on your Admittance Slip.

Application for Aegrotat Consideration
For students who are unable to attend the examination or having sat their examination, their performance was impaired due to injury, illness or trauma.

Examination Venues List
Lists venues within New Zealand available for Trimester 3. If you are unable to attend the venue allocated on your Admittance Slip, contact exams@openpolytechnic.ac.nz to arrange an alternative venue. Changes will not be accepted within 14 days of the examination date.

Examination Timetable
Lists dates and times for examinations within the Trimester 3 examination cycle.
Note: Check your Admittance Slip details carefully. Examination dates and times are not flexible.
