Attending a graduation ceremony

Each year we hold graduation ceremonies in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.

The graduation ceremony details are as follows:

Wellington

Monday 7 May, 4.30pm

ASB Theatre, Aotea Centre

Each graduation ceremony is approximately 90 minutes long and is followed by refreshments for you and your guests.

You may bring up to 8 guests.  If you have a special request for more guest passes you can specify this on the Graduation Requirements form, which will be sent to you closer to the time of the ceremony.  Additional guest pass requests will not be confirmed until all applications have been finalised.

All graduation venues are centrally located so there is plenty of accommodation and car parking nearby.

Regalia

You will need to wear academic dress at your graduation ceremony. Diploma graduates wear a gown and sash and degree graduates wear a gown, trencher and hood appropriate for their degree. These are hired from us.
