Academic transcripts

We will send you an academic transcript when you complete your qualification. You may, however, apply for a verified copy of your academic transcript at any time by emailing Academic Registry.

You may apply for a verified copy of your academic record at any time by completing the Application for Academic Transcript form below.

If you were studying a degree or diploma you must apply to graduate. You can receive your award at one of our graduation ceremonies, or you can ask us to send you your diploma or degree in the mail.

NZQA

If your course was unit standard-based, we will report your completed courses to NZQA.

Each year, NZQA will send you an updated Record of Achievement. You can also ask for a presentation-quality copy of your record from them.
