Fee refunds

To be eligible for a fee refund, you must:

  • return all study material
  • not have sent us any work for marking
  • not have attended any contact classes or workshops (where applicable).

When am I eligible for a refund?

Effect on academic transcript

Within 28 days of the official start date of the enrolment period

100% of refundable fees less any non refundable fees, including the Annual Administration Fee, International Handling Charge and fees collected on behalf of other organisations.

There will be no record of your enrolment on your academic transcript.

After 28 days and up to 75% of course enrolment period

No refund

Your academic transcript will state ‘withdrawn’.

You may not withdraw after 75% of course time duration.

No refund

If you do not complete the academic requirements, your academic transcript will state 'Failed to submit’ or ‘Academically withdrawn’.
