Changing your enrolment

When you receive (or receive access to) your course materials check them carefully to make sure they are what you expected. If you need to change to a different course, return the materials to us (for print-based courses) and ask for the change, in writing, within 14 days.

If you are enrolled in a trimester based course you will need to contact us before the start date of the trimester.

Note: Different criteria apply to school students studying under the STAR programme and ITOs. Please see courses for schools or contact your ITO directly.
