You need to submit your assignments to us for marking. You may need to do this electronically or by post. Your course materials will have information on your options for submitting your work.
You need to keep a copy of everything you send us in case we do not receive it. We also recommend you keep your marked work for at least six months after you finish the course.
Submit your work electronically through Online Campus. Details on how to use Online Campus will be included with your course information.
Online Campus will send you an acknowledgement that we have received your assignment and we will log your assignment and track it through our system. Do not email assignments directly to your lecturer or course tutor.
Unless your course has other specific requirements, we strongly recommend that you submit your assignments in Microsoft Word format, as we use Microsoft software.
Note: Electronic submission of assignments is not available for all courses. Contact the tutor for your course if you require clarification.
If returning your course work by post is an option for your course, you will receive assessment return sheets with your course materials. It is important that you use these when sending your work to us.
Before you send your work:
Fixed period and trimester courses - You should expect to receive your marked assessment within 15 working days of the due date.
Open enrolment courses - You should expect to receive your marked work within 10 working days of receipt by the marker, or the due date for the assessment.
Note: These time standards do not include the time taken by the postal service, or any course-specific conditions relating to particular assessments. If you have not received your marked work within a reasonable time contact us on 0508 650 200.
