If you would like a career in health, social services or counselling, a Diploma in Health and Human Behaviour will give you the skills to help people and understand them. You’ll gain basic counselling skills and learn about key theories and perspectives in psychology and communication. Although this diploma won’t allow you to become a registered counsellor or practise counselling, it will give you an introduction to some of the skills required in counselling.
