What you will learn

When you achieve this qualification you will be able to:

  • identify and explain core concepts and practices relevant to public relations, communication management and the communication process
  • apply stakeholder analysis and relationship management principles to public relations and communication management contexts
  • analyse communication practices in business and evaluate their effectiveness
  • work with others and communicate with clarity in oral and written forms.

This qualification will prepare you for a variety of entry-level communication roles such as a public relations assistant, communications officer and media relations assistant.
