You will gain up to date skills and knowledge that will assist you to work with both private and public sector organisations. This diploma is designed to be a standalone professional qualification, but you may staircase from this diploma into the BA or BAppSci degrees at the Open Polytechnic or staircase into the Bachelor of Mass Communication through distance education at the University of Southern Queensland in Australia.

You can also go on to complete a Masters or a Doctorate degree in professional communication at this university.
