The Certificate in Technical Communication (Level 5) is for you if you write regularly as part of your job or would like to become a technical writer.  This programme will help improve your writing skills within the specific requirements for your profession.

You will learn the principles of clear and concise writing, including Plain English.  You will develop effective documents specific to your profession, both for the public and private sectors.
