OP5206 Diploma in Applied Management

The Diploma in Applied Management is a degree level introductory programme which will provide students with a theoretical and practical grounding in the people aspects of management and assist in developing leadership and first level management skills in the business world.

The programme introduces aspiring managers and team leaders to a range of management techniques. For those who are already working in the management field, the diploma provides a pathway to a qualification that will recognise the knowledge and skills that they already possess.

This qualification can be used as a step to more study in degree programmes such as the Bachelor of Business.
