What's in the course
Change Contexts:
- The theories and principles of management as they specifically relate to the management of change. The important elements of organisational culture, power, and politics are also reinforced.
Change strategies:
- The strategic perspective to the management of change. In addition, specific change management models are presented, e.g., Lewinian, Action Learning, Soft Systems.
Change practices:
- Aspects that are particularly relevant at the implementation stage. It provides a critical examination of the aspects that affect change, support empowerment, and provide continuous critique and improvement.

- Critically analyse organisations from a change management perspective.
- Appraise appropriate change strategies and processes.
- Critically evaluate the implementation of change management processes.
