About the course

This course provides an introduction to the technologies involved with the management of organisational information (groupware, document management systems) and an overview of interrelationships and information flows occurring in a business environment. The main goal of this course is to enable students to be aware of the management strategies required to facilitate effective use and implementation of information systems resources within an organisation.
