About the course
This course covers the concepts and techniques of marketing. In particular, the course gives emphasis to identifying and explaining the role of marketing in the organisation, the range of marketing decisions, and developing marketing strategies. Coverage is also given to current issues in relationship marketing and customer satisfaction.
