Who can use our services

If you are an enrolled student with Open Polytechnic, you can access the Library's services through the Online Campus.

If you are enrolled with other education providers, you may be able to access the Library's services if your organisation has contracted the Open Polytechnic to provide library services.

External Membership of the Library 

Overview of the Library's services

The Library provides a range of products and services to assist you with your study, including:

• Items listed as Recommended Reading in your course materials
• Items listed as Additional Readings in your course materials, if they are in our collection
• Any other books, serial articles, audio/video tapes and DVDs in our collection that are relevant to your studies
• A Subject Request Service and advice on search techniques and strategies
• Access to the Library Catalogue
• Access to online databases
• Access to subject-specific websites
• Study skills materials.

A Customer Service Representative will take your requests by phone, email, fax or mail. We offer a fast turnaround with a courier and fastpost service to get materials to you and for your returns.
