Student Satisfaction Survey

We are always interested in finding out how satisfied you are with your learning experience.

Each year we conduct a survey that randomly selects over 10,000 students. If you are chosen, you will receive a questionnaire either by mail or online asking you about a range of questions relating to your learning experience at the Open Polytechnic.

These questions measure how important things are as well as how satisfied you are with the service you receive from us.

Results of this survey are used to shape our service to you and are reported in our Annual Report to Parliament. They are also available to you on request. It is important for you to have your say, so we encourage you to respond to these surveys when you receive them.
