1. When will my Record of Achievement be issued?
At the end of each year you will receive a Record of Achievement from the NZQA which lists all the framework unit standards and qualifications that you have gained so far.
An annual update of the Record of Achievement will be issued whenever you receive credits from unit standards.
A presentation quality copy of the Record or Learning is also available at NZQA.
2. Where and when are the Graduation Ceremonies?
Wellington:
The Graduation Ceremony for Wellington is on Tuesday, 11th May, 2010, 6.30pm.

Te Papa - Soundings Theatre
Cable Street

Auckland:
The Graduation Ceremony for Auckland is on Tuesday, 18th May, 2010. There are two ceremonies at 1.30pm and 6.30pm. Graduands may choose which time they prefer to attend.

The Graduation Ceremony for Christchurch is on Thursday 27th May, 2010, 6.30pm.

3. How do I apply for graduation?
To apply for graduation, please contact Academic Registry.
4. How do I find out the status of my graduation application?
For the status of your graduation application, please contact Academic Registry.
5. What are the regalia requirements to attend my graduation?
You will need to wear academic dress at your graduation ceremony. For further information, please contact Kaye Farmer.
6. Can I hire an academic dress from Open Polytechnic?
Yes, you can hire an academic dress from us. Please contact Academic Registry.
7. How do I get my Academic Record or Transcript?
We will send you an academic record/transcript when you complete an award (i.e. diploma, degree). You may, however, apply for a verified copy of your academic record/transcript at any time by completing the Application for Academic Record/Transcript at the back of your printed Handbook, or complete the attached form.
8. Why can't I view my results online?
Open Polytechnic is working on implementing a new system which will allow students to view their final results online. As work continues on developing and implementing this system, official results will continue to be sent by post.
